*Shop labor rates are $20.00/hr. $10.00 (1/2 hr) minimum, billed in 15 minute increments thereafter. All service is in-shop on a first-come first-served basis. Typical wait time to have systems looked at is 3 - 48 hours (Monday-Sunday). We also have a pick-up and delivery service for $6.50. Amazon Computer Service is not responsible for any data loss - back up data before bringing in system for service.
